Chairman & Co-founder of Universal Capital Co., Ltd. (UCC), a business consulting company. In addition to his active roles with UCC, he has been one of the Senior Board Advisor to the Cambodia Association of Travel Agents (CATA) and was the Deputy Chairman of Tourism Working Group within the Chamber of Commerce. Yet, he has been playing an important role as being a Country Director taking care of the overall planning and management of the Greater Mekong Sub Region-GMS Project for Cambodia under ADB|WB Projects. Sambath has over 25 years of professional experiences in the areas of finance, budget, administration, human resource and project management, system & database initiatives, monitoring & evaluation, procurement specialist, logistical support & management as well as tourism planning & rural development/poverty alleviations.
Sambath spent over 15 years on his professional careers with the United Nations Organization in Cambodia, starting his career as Finance Assistant in 1992-93 and from there he raised his work experience and catch up a professional position as National Professional Administration Officer during the course of his last tenure with United Nations during 2001- 2003.
Sambath earned a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration (BA-Finance) from the National Institute of Management, master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the Norton University and also hold master’s degree in public administration (MPA) from the Royal University of Laws.

In addition to his active roles with UCC, Kimseng was a former Chairman of Mega Fund Limited, CEO of Mega Leasing Plc. and a former Chairman & CEO of Maxima Mikroheranhvatho Plc. where he worked for over 22 years. Kimseng brings over 27 years of experience in the financial sector and senior management.
For the past 27 years, Kimseng has embarked on many business ventures as well as holding key management positions in various companies. During the course of his professional careers, Kimseng has developed and garnished his expertise in areas of corporate governance, business process improvement, human resource development, budget management, market risk analysis and research. Prior to joining the private sector, Kimseng spent over 7 years with the public sector including the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, where he held the position as Personal Secretary to the Minister & Chief of Cabinet and the Ministry of Rural Development, where he held the position of Assistant to the Minister & Deputy Chief of ASEAN Coordination Unit.
Kimseng holds a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration from the Faculty of Business (BBA-CAMBODIA), Master of Business Management Practice from the Victoria University of Technology (MBA-Australia), under Australian Development Scholarships (ADS) and Doctor of Business Administration from Preston University (DBA-USA).

Som Ang has over 40 years of professional management and business consulting experiences as Development Strategy Director at Anico International Ltd (Israel), a business consultancy and business development to companies and individuals interested in doing business in China, Asia and South America. Under his general supervision, he has established a strong relationship between government to government by coordinating at state-level legislation and administrative regulations to attract foreign companies to invest and develop various projects in countries where China, Asia and South America are the main objectives.
Som Ang has assisted Chinese government in bringing the 5G satellite network systems from Israel to the country, as a result, China has recently started building a network of a thousand satellites to provide 5G coverage throughout the country.

In addition to his active roles with UCC, Sam is currently serving as Chairman of Action Group Co., Ltd., a business consulting firm for industrial & agriculture development project in Cambodia. He was former Chairman, owned and operated Aerospace Machining, USA, former Chairman of Operating Consultant Firm & Real Estate Company, USA. Sam has over 30 years of professional experiences in managing and in charge of aerospace machining operation, prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively, direct contact with Boeing Aircraft Manufacturing, creating & implementing new administrative and operating systems. Also, he has competences in designing & manufacturing engineering technology.
During the course of his professional careers in consultant, Sam has developed and garnished his expertise in areas of corporate governance, business development strategy, cross border business introduction, business process improvement, human resource development, budget management and market risk analysis.
Sam holds a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration from Long Beach University (BBA-USA), degree in manufacturing engineering technology from Hartford University of Technology, USA.
